• The First Health® National Transplant Program achieves an average savings of 30 percent through cost-effective negotiated rates for all transplant-related care, from the time of pretransplant evaluation through one year post-transplant.
• With its experienced transplant physicians, highly credentialed centers of excellence and integrated case management, the program promotes positive outcomes for participating transplant patients.

To maximize savings opportunities, we assist members in accessing facilities that participate in the First Health® National Transplant Program, and direct them to providers in the CCN® Network for other non-transplant-related services.
